“What If I Have Medical Conditions?”

• Orthopedic pain or injury to your shoulders, hips, back, knees

  • Doing nothing will lead to weakened muscles without improvement and doing the wrong program will cause pain and injury. I will design a program around physical therapy principles of strengthening imbalances to restore orthopedic health while working the surrounding muscles to improve metabolism and fat burning.

• High blood pressure

  • There are approximately 200 to 300 billion fat cells in the average adult. Each of these cells requires a blood supply and increased pressure for proper functioning. Consequently, as body fat decreases, the number of cells requiring blood supply and pressure will diminish accordingly.

• Diabetes

  • Reducing body fat, adopting a lower glycemic index diet, and engaging in regular exercise play pivotal roles in the prevention and management of diabetes. Lowering body fat reduces insulin resistance, making it easier for cells to utilize glucose effectively. A lower glycemic index diet helps regulate blood sugar levels, preventing spikes and crashes. Regular exercise not only aids in weight management but also enhances insulin sensitivity, allowing cells to absorb glucose efficiently.
