Hopefully you had a great weekend!
The weather was just good enough that I dragged the kids outside to help me pick up sticks in the yard and clean the garage. (They we’re thrilled:))
I told them after they helped me that we would make one of their favorite dinners:
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

I wanted to share it with you as well because it is a wonderful dinner idea for this week!

It’s extremely easy to make and delicious.
It will also help you with weight control and to be healthy.
TIP: Make extra
- I like doubling the recipe and having enough for lunch the next day.
- Also, I like adding a 1/2 portion of this leftover to add with three eggs for breakfast the next morning as well
This meal is so versatile it can be literally used for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
