48-hour rule (To a clean diet)

48-Hour Rule:I don’t usually give weekly scan reports because it has to be taken into context of a big picture with enough clients.However, the results last week (gained 11.86lbs of fat over 23-clients) is worth mentioning.I get that it’s only 1/2lbs of fat gain per person and certainly no need to panic but It does give us a chance to reflect and improve.Some people are having difficulty ‘Righting the Ship’ after the holidays.I get it.Good News:Many clients have heard me profess about the 48-hour rule, some multiple times.It was intended around losing weight and dropping fat by getting over carb/sugar cravings.And it’s true.But during this time of COVID-19 I realized now more than ever, it’s also the kingpin to remaining healthy (it damages your immune system).

The 48-hour rule.So what about 48-hours?The majority (85%) of the 1/2 life of sugar is exhausted within the first 48-hours.I mention this because if you are eating poorly or in a bad place, it’s just 2-days from turning it around.Now, I don’t mean that you’ll get to your goal weight, body fat and eliminate Underlying Conditions within 2-days.However, it does mean that your sugar CRAVING will be diminished within 2-days.
