Hopefully your sleep is improving after the sleep lesson I shared last week. 

Honestly, there is nothing better than consistent good quality and predictable sleep. 

I’m going to cover how you can improve it dramatically each day and night. While there are MANY factors that effect sleep, I want to begin covering some of the most important.
