I hope you noticed the email I sent Sunday/Monday regarding COVID-19 and Heart disease.
In Oregon, 60% of ALL Covid Death individuals had heart disease.
Furthermore – 100% had Underlying Conditions.
- COVID-19 is still lingering and a problem.
- The hope is it will lesson during the summer but come back for the Fall/Winter
We’ve all been warned, we need to be proactive in our approach for optimal health, now and in the foreseeable future.
As I’ve mentioned, I’m not a gym or health club.
I don’t sign up ‘members’ to have access to a facility.
I have ‘clients’, who are committed to improving their heath and fitness by consistently improving their lifestyle with:
- The right exercise
- The right diet
- Accountability and tracking progress for ongoing success
All of this equals a structured lifestyle program.
