Happy Tuesday! 

As promised, I will NOT give up on you! 

More workouts, recipes and motivation are coming your way.  

I see other health clubs and gyms continue to bill members even though they do not have access to facilities or services at this time.  And while I get that people need to run a gym business, I don’t think it’s the time to keep the business as usual approach. 

As I’ve mentioned, I’m not a gym or health club.  I don’t sign up ‘members’ to have access to a facility.   

I have ‘clients’, who are committed to improving their heath and fitness by consistently improving their lifestyle with:

The right exercise

The right diet

Accountability and tracking progress for ongoing success

All of this equals a structured lifestyle program. 

Now let’s eat!
