Cooking Gold Pancake with My Little Helper

Today is a new day.

I know some people are struggling with this situation – it’s natural.

While I am not a psychologist, I do know humans will feel better and have more esteem when:

  • Diet is low inflammation, low insulin and nourishing
  • Exercise is intense enough and consistent
  • Sleep is regular, and deep sleep quality is maximized
  • Water intake is abundant

These are things within your control. As I mentioned yesterday, even though I cannot physically meet with you, I am not going to give up on my promise to help influence, encourage and guide you through this incredible time in history. 

I made a very simple video with my seven year old, Serafina (above) It’s nothing fancy. Just a really simple way to make a meal. Serafina asks to eat them for every meal!  (She gets that habit from her father.) Her brother and older sister only eat them for breakfast.

Flip after they get firm.

The second side only takes approximately 30-seconds.
