What’s A Good Source of Omega-3 fats?

Olive oil is a great oil because it is a good source of Omega-3 fats, which are heart-healthy.

However, the smoke-point for olive oil is 350 F. 

Once the temperature is exceeded with cooking, it loses its good omega properties.

Australian Macadamia Nut Oil

This oil has more good Omega 3 fats than olive oil which makes it very heart-healthy. 

Also, omega fats are great to repair the damage that occurs to our cells with age, poor diet, and stress.

We Wanted To Sear The Steak.

So, we decided to crank the temperature up over 600F to see what would happen.

We then added more Macadamia Nut Oil, rosemary, and whole garlic gloves.

It Came Out Perfectly

  • Higher heat stable
  • Contains more good omega-3 fats
  • Buttery taste.

It’s the #1 healthy cooking oil.
